Location: Warsaw, Poland Rep Power: 6  | Canadian tourist Hello Is there any possibility to programm one of key on digital phoneset (ex.2616) as mute key? I need to have mute and I'm trying to find solution for situation when mute key is not present or destroyed. Anybody could help me? | ||||||||

Location: St. Louis, MO Rep Power: 7 Country:  | TMDI PRI issues Can you use the "Hold" button? Or do you have to be able to hear the far end? I know the speaker phone function has a mute key on 2616's. I didn't see a "mute" key for digital phones in the NTP's. | ||||||||

I do have an Idea [Don't laugh] --- break open the phone and install a toggle switch on the Mic.
