Rep Power: 6 ![]() | PRI connectivity problems A user supposedly forwarded a message from one box to another in our system but is claiming the message came across as blank AND that the Call Pilot system is trying to forward the message to an extension she never programmed it to forward to. Is there somewhere in the Call Piolt server where this message might be stored with a history? (Not just a message report but the actual audio message itself.) I have the message ID number but don't know where I can reference that in the server. | ||||||||
