i2033 - No Dial tone, but can dial out

I have a "situation". I have a IP polycom programmed, I can not figure out for the life of me WHAT I need to have set on the IP Polycom to allow dial tone to be present when pressing the "talk" button. I can press the button (no sound) then dial 9+ number and it rings and picks up and works normal, I am just missing the dial tone!

THANKS again ahead of time for your help!

Curious, are you supposed to get dial tone on an IP set?

I assume yes since you are asking the question but in reality, it is one of those things that are not really needed any more and would have to be added as a just because.

You don't need it to work. Our IP desk phones have dial tone... so I am clueless why this isn't working.....

I have HFA turned on, and it still doesn't have dial tone.
