Upgrade issues

We just upgraded our fiber remote off of a Succession 4.5 which had 25.40 to Succession 4.5.
The issue we are having is when an agent transfers a call a T is showing up beside the number on the phone. The other issue whena conference is intiated the icon on the phone screen is upside down.
Patches are up to date.

The "T" is actually coming from LD 95 config.. you can set to show the type of call whether it be transfer forward conf whichever.. The letters can be changed. to view it go into 95

prt
type :cpnd

and which icon on the set screen are you talking about?

sounds like you haven't flashed all your phones after the upgrade...
you WILL need to flash ALL of the 39xx phones.

do you still have a fiber remote??? you stated you upgrade OFF to 4.5???
or are you using a SRG??

OK,Seem to be having a hard time on the site since the upgrade of PBX info.I cleaned out the cookies and such, still slow.
Our upgrade issues are now the cores swapping successfully. The first time they replaced the processor and it swapped once and now they are saying there is a bad batch of processors or something. We had this issue last summer at my old job but we replaced the card and a patch and no problems since.

We haven't upgraded yet, it will be this weekend.. I have been testing the new server and it is NICE.

I just hope the migration goes smoothly.
