Listen only mailbox
In Mermail, can a users mailbox be programmed in such a way that it is a listen only mailbox. I dont want to create an announcement and have their extension point to it. we have an office moving and will have to let the outside folks know what the new numbers are....this way, each person just has to give there greeting and state there new number is.....

In a later release, 13 I believe, you can disable the function for callers to leave a message. Problem is, I don't recall if it it a class of service or right in the users mailbox.

yes.. if you go into the mailbox.. set the field to "disable message reception if TAG is recorded" (tag is Temporary announcement greeting)
