Location: Phoenix, AZ Rep Power: 7  | Internal Transfer on Call Pilot fails Situation: A call comes into an MCR extension and does not get answered. It gets forwarded to Call Pilot via a SDN. The application uses a transfer block to tell the call to play a greeting and and transfer the caller to another extension. Outcome: Everything works fine when using the DID from an external source. However, when dialing the 4 digit interal extension, the Call Pilot plays the greeting and then says that it can not transfer the call. Any idea's? Thanks, Websrfr | ||||||||
