Monitoring question
I'm trying to configure phantom 500 phone which would be redirected (DCFW) to external number and then if call is not answered in several seconds it should go to internal ext. (via FDN xxxx). Is it possible to make such profile?
(it works when DCFW to internal ext, when trying external it's ringing and doesn't came back to 500 phantom profile)

if you call forward to an external number then the switch will not be able to send the call to mail if it is not answered........if you forwarding to a mobile then you can use your mobile mailbox for messages...if it is a land line then add a answer machine..
