Location: Montreal, Canada Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Traffic on a T1 Is there a way to know how many ports/channels are in use on a T1. At the office we only have 1-T1 and sometimes people complain that they cannot reach us. I would like to check what is the usage of the T1. Thanks __________________ Helder Montreal, QC

Also familiarize yourself with CCS (Centi Call Seconds) as that is the measurement used by the system to show trunk (and loop) traffic per hour - to make life easier the system also gives ATB (all trunks busy) info as a part of the traffic report.

It seemed like there was a little used prompt that would show the date or number of days since a channel was last used. Maybe someone here will remember. I will try to look it up and get back to you. rlc __________________ No matter where you go, there is the Ladies Love Marty Fan Club.
