It looks like they went down alright. If you did not see

DCH: 24 EST CONFIRM TIME: 10:52:14 9/05/2007

Then most likely they are still down


goto LD 96
stat DCH
this will show you the status of all your dch
look at DCH 24/25/26

make sure they say EST. If not you will need to enable them. but first note the PRI loop associated with these dch.
if they say RLS

do EST DCH 24

If that doesn't work

do DIS DCH 24
then ENL DCH

In the Ld 96, you type stat dch XX where xx is the DCH.

At this dch, you have a loop card who is associate; so for this you type Ld 60, and stat yyy where yyy is the number of your loop.

But if your dch is not up, you have a probleme of the protocole or master/user.
