Rep Power: 0  Country:  | How do I forward an analog DN for... ...a fax machine to another analog DN for a fax machine? CFW 4 is currently programmed on the TN that I want to forward, but I assume that I need to replace the 4 with the four-digit extension and make a change to the class of service. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. | ||||||||

Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9 Country: | In your system you will have a Flexible Feature Code (FFC) programmed for turning forwarding on and turning forwarding off. In my system it is 106 and 107 to perform this task. Most systems come default as #1 to activate the call forward. All you need to do is go off-hook (get dialtone) dial # then 1 plus the number you want to forward to and hang up. To remove, get dialtone and dial #1 then hang up. It's that simple. As Rachelle states, you may want to look at your FFC in LD 57 (CFW) it may be set differently (usually set as #) this will work as well if your spre is set to 1 __________________  I'm a member of the "PbxInfo Gang" Last edited by gei_spot; 05-09-2007 at 04:34 PM.
