Hi,

Im new to the forums. My name is Jon and am a Network admin in training so to speak. Nice to meet everybody.

Heres the problem we are having, hoping someone can supply some much needed help.

We are running OTM 2.2. During some digital swaps yesterday using station administration, our database got hosed somehow. We deleted the site and recalled the data from the switch. No problem there.

When we attempt to add a new handset, a lot of our templates are missing, like the 2008, 500 and so on. Is there somewhere these templates are available? or do we have to recreate them from scratch?

Also, we cannot telnet now, for some reason the userID and pwd are not being accepted as valid anymore.

Hope this makes sense, as this is all very new to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
