Location: Canada Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Now HERES an Idea! Hi, I need help...I cut the only T1 I had, and now, I'm trying to setup 4 analogs COT lines on my Option 11. I'm able to call in with the four numbers, but i'm not able to get a dial tone to dial out. The Bars are OK ant I don't even get a dial tone with the Route access code. It was working with the T1 only disable, but now the T1 is down forever, and I'm not able to dial out with my 4 COT Trunks. Is it a problem with the clock controller or something else? Ay help is really appreciate! Thank you!

Location: Arizona Rep Power: 6 ![]() | PRI Down - Not able to call out with my Analog Co trunk Why not work on bringing the PRI back up?? Are you saying that you put in a disconnect order, with your carrier, for the PRI and that's why it is down?? Verify the settings of your COT members and the RDB for them. Check the connection of the trunks to the Universal Trunk Card (Tip and Ring reversed??). Post the config of your COT members and the RDB if you're unable to discover the problem.

Location: Chicago -- CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE Rep Power: 10 ![]() | I give up!! If these are true COT's clock controller has NOTHING to do with them. When you dial ACOD what happens ? If you go off of the frame with buttset what happens? Need a WHOLE lot more info. before I can even guess at a solution. Provide details & we can go from there. Location: Canada Rep Power: 0 ![]() | A police officer.... We cut the PRI , because we don't need it anymore. I'm doing this job far away from the site , so I cannot test anything...Wich!....If I dial the access code of the COT, nothing happen, no busy tone and no dial tone. If I try to dial out, when I press 9, you can hear a dial tone, but after that nothing happen. I can dial out with an analog line!?! Don't forget, I can dial in, but I can't dial out with my M2000 phones. I set one RDB with TKTP= COT, PTYP= ACO and ICOG= IAO. I set four COT trunk members. If you need more info, let me know. Thank you

Location: East Coast Rep Power: 6 ![]() | PRI Down - Not able to call out with my Analog Co trunk Did anyone do any testing onsite before this took place? Having 2 ground start and 2 loop start in the same system, being used for the same route? How many people are trying to access them? Obviously you can dial in, so take a look at the persons phone who is dialing out. Call the person to make a call, and then trace it in LD 80, make sure they are hitting the correct RLI (not getting a fast busy sounds like a trunk issue). Also, you might want to take a look in LD 80 and do a TRAC 0 XXXX (acod). It will show you how much trunk usage is there.. if any. By all means, you need to get a vendor (if your within driving distance, you should meet them) involved. Good Luck
