M3904 DRG Ring isn't distinctive - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Hi All,

M3904 set with DRG4 rings the same as other sets in the office set to DRG1.

I've outed and reprogrammed it, installed a new set and even moved it to another TN and it does not give a distinctive ring..

Any ideas?

Are you wanting to change the way the phone rings at that location? OR the way it rings to the party they call?
The reason I am asking, the ring OF the phone is set in the "options" section, 5th item down. I "think" the DRGX is what the phone that is doing the calling sounds like on the far end ( internal).

But, of course my understanding of this stuff is quite low.
