Rep Power: 4 ![]() | It is possible that if you are using Limited Access Passwords (LAPW) that you may have to change the CUST prompt to ALL (as opposed to 0). Not sure - but this may have to be done using your Level 1 or 2 password. (As always, use caution when changing password parameters).

Location: Nortel South Africa Rep Power: 40 ![]() | Even if you have access to LD 2, if you do not have access to ALL customers you will not be able to change the time, as time change is a global setting accross all customers. If your password is set to customer 0 you will not be able to change the time

Location: NORTEL - NJ Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Make sure that your PWD access to customers is set to ALL not just 0. Even though you have access to 0 and that is the ONLY customer in use now, setting the time affects all customers and you need to have that set to ALL in you PWD.
