Hello, We are running OTM and I am trying to run a report of all calls to a specific extension, however the collected and costed calls all seem to be external calls (in & out). Is there a way to extract extension to extension CDR's? I imagine the default setting is to ignore these as they would simply clog up the call database and will never have a cost associated with them. But, I need them!  Help!  | ||||||||

Station Activity Records (on CDR) When a set is configured with Class of Service Call Detail Monitoring Allowed (CDMA) for all incoming and outgoing calls, Station Activity Records are produced. The format of Station Activity Records is identical to other Call Detail Recording (CDR) records, but they have a new type of identifier (D). Existing CDR records are not affected by this new functionality | ||||||||
