61c capacity

Dears:

How could we determine the maximum capacity for the 61c and the 81c?

In addition; I'd like to know how to determine the maximum number of users that can talk at the same time(the number of time slots)???

I believe the max ports on a 61C is 2000 ports and an 81C depending on software between 16,000-20000 (now with ip)

Now that is total ports, ports can be phones and trunks so if you have 1500 users and 500 trunks =2000 ports.

This question is way to broad to answer, the variables are almost endless.

Can you explain the purpose of your request and the environment that it will be used in?

If you would prefer the calculations are in the Planning and Engineering guides.

Hi rixride,Jack: I think that you are both right. but suppose that I don't have signaling server (only the callserver), the onnest thing that I'd like to know now is how to calculate how many users that can talk at the same time for both 61c and 81c??

still too broad....

talk to one and other, or on a outside call or on an inound call or on T-1's or with other switches, all digital, all analog, no dtmf
why are you asking??? just to run one at it's max.
