Call Pilot Server Spec Recommendation Sought

What are your thoughts on the following cut and paste? Three call centers will be running traffic, DBA, and CDR through a centralized TM. The NTPs say 2G is enough, 'based on number of sets' but, they don't show the number of sets used as a baseline. What specs are you using or seeing in your larger customers? Does what follows seem to fit?

CallPilot is sold as a hardware/software combination. Customer cannot supply the server. I think you may be talking about a Contact Center 6.0 server. If so, your vendor should be able to run a tool to determine the server specs you will need.

No, I was actually meaning to ask about Telephony Manager (TM). I was just not thinking when I sent my note. The vendor is not able to assist in this matter and that is why I am taking a poll.

Try to take a look at TM3.0 before you buy hardware for it.

We found it was a step backwards and reverted back to OTM 2.2. I think you will find others on here that agree TM3.0 is terrible.

We are on MAT 6 so, we have no choice. This is happening and the NTPs are not help in determining the hard drive size. So, what are you guys using on your 'terrible' TM3 servers?

Okay, Guys, come on. There has to be a few folks out there that are using or supporting TM3. These TM3's are running on some sort of hardware. I am just looking for general specs for the hardware. I'm not asking you to divulge any confidential data. What is your memory, processor, RAID, and hard drive size???? Easy! Right???
