Location: Ottawa Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Symposium scheduled reports hello. Running Symposium 5.0 and SWC 4.5. I followed the help file exactly to create a scheduled report. I made sure the network drive and folder were mapped in the SWC server (which I assume is the "application server"). When it ran the email notificaiton produced the following: Quote:
Any ideas why my scheduled report is not outputting to a file correctly?

Location: Ottawa Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Spanton, When I run it manually by clicking "Run Now" I get a pop up with info going back to late January. I keep changing the start time with every test but the "Next Run Time" and the "Last Run Time" is exactly the same (no surprising, its a small report). There are a lot of 0's in the reports so not sure if it is dividing. Should the drive be mapped from the SCCS server or from the SWC server?

Location: Ottawa Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I have mapped the shared folder from both servers just to be on the safe side, but that did not make a difference. I still get an email notification with the following message: The system could not output the March1test scheduled report to \\server\share\panchanka\test1mar1030120071130.csv . Error code = -2147206462 Error Description: Dos error. Any ideas?

Location: Ottawa Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I got it to work on the local SWC server. I think it has to do with the iceadmin account not having administrator access on the shared drives I am trying to send it to. Writing to the local Web Client server is good enough. One other thing I noticed is that when the report is run successfully, no email notification is sent. Anyone else experience this? Is it possible for it to send an email to let us know that the report ran successfully?
