Call Pilot Desktop Messaging

Everytime I open my Outlook I get the prompt to download the Call Pilot address book, but it doesn't work. My LDAP search is dc=nortel,dc=ca

It has worked before, but I can't seem to get it to work now does anyone have an idea of where to look to fix this?

Open up Desktop and go to the Call Pilot Desktop Messaging tab and go down to config and that is whereyou can see it at but a change will have to be made in the config wizard.
Sounds like something has changed if it was working.

Make sure your using the correct IP adress to connect to the server. Also look to see if the SMTP/VPIM prefix is correct.
