I need to change the IP address on my ACD MAX System. I was in the Max harware configuration and I was able to view it. It say" view only" next to these options. Can someone give me some step by step instructions

Hi Miramar,

You have to shut down you Max system to make change to the configuration. Use "Shutdown the System" option in Maintenance and Administration Menu.
