Take a breif survey?

Opt 61C on release 25.4

I am getting ERR4291 16 0 16 4. The last digit is either a 1, 2, 3, or 4. The NTP's and online help tell me that "Music route is undefined". That is correct I don't have any music routes. Loop 16 is a ISDN/PRI circuit.... if that is what the 16 stands for. Any thoughtsf???

Cheers,

Rachelle

QUALITY WORK BY VERIZON....

R, does this happen when a call between sets is put on hold? I an getting the same on a new OP 11 install. Happens when a call between digital sets is put on hold. There is a patch for this, but I haven't gotten around to calling Nortel yet.Hope this helps!!!

Merlin Networking Festival '03

This happend 13 times between the hours of 06:47 and 13:40 yesterday. I found them when reviewing the history file this morning. This is the same site that I have been getting just bombed with BUG440's. I can't read, understand, or figure out what is causing that either.

Again, I don't know what the 16 0 16 4 numbers correlate to. That being said, loop 16 provides members to route 2. In the RDB, route 2 has MUS set to NO. I think that the BUG440's are a different issue. They just make it hard for me to read all of the other data that I need. The 440's print out four digit queue numbers but not a given TN. I do think that the BUG thing is unrelated.

D Channel Maint Indication

Once again, this is a known prob in 25.40b, and there is a patch for this. Call your vendor and report this, and have them call ETAS. I don't have the patch number handy, as I haven't had time to address the trouble in the switch in my cust base that has this prob. BUT, an ETAS tech said this is a know prob and ther is a patch to fix it.

And as you said, the BUG code is unrelated.
