Screen Pops with Citrix
Does anyone know of or use any Nortel product with screen pops along with Citrix?

That is a weird combination, is the applications local to the pc or on the application in Citrix?

I use old NX1 product called Dialect that provide screenpops to my call center agents who are on Citrix

I was a bit foggy as to how this Citrix thing worked but I was schooled on it and now I am more informed.
We were looking into the Nortel Toolkit that would sit outside of the citrix server but be able to pop the correct screen to the correct agent through another application. It did not sound like there was anyone in the USA using this but 3-4 in the UK.

Can you say ROAD TRIP!!!!!!
