Hi,

Would there be any reason why Meridian Mail would not pass CLID for long distance calls for Remote Notification for a pager if caller and callback number is enabled?

It will pass CLID for local calls but not for long distance. Meridian Mail 12.

TALC card?

IF YOU GO INTO TOOLS AND DO A CALL TRACE ON THE BOX DOES IT SHOW THE LD NUMBER IN THERE AS THE ONE THAT CALLED

Yeah, it's picking up the LD number but only the first six digits...

Would this have anything to do with using Symposium 4.0 to GIVE_IVR for the voice menus?

IT MUST BECAUSE I'VE GOT SYSTEMS THAT GIVE THE WHOLE NUMBER, DON'T KNOW VERY MUCH ABOUT SYMPOSIUM. IS THERE ANYWAY YOU CAN BYPASS IT OR ARE YOU A FOLLOW BLOWN CALL CENTER

CLID with Remote Notification

We are a full-blown Call Center...

It worked before we migrated to Symposium, when we were under ACD. The menus didn't change, however. Just the call routing.

It's weird.

Auto Logon

Upon further investigation, it seems it will pass anything that qualifies as a "National Number."

What do I change that so it will pass all digits as National Numbers?
