Because I am not a technical and because of the barrier language is even difficult to write the right question.

We have a Nortel Meridian succession cs1000 installed(version 4.5) and about 100 ip phone i2002 a signaling server and tapi ncct 5.0.

If i make an internal call and the other party is busy with the program teletools 3.7 I get this log:

As you can see in the first case I have the line Onbusy and it's ok in the other situation i've get the line OnProceeding which is not ok. The question is how can I get for busy external call the message Onbusy?
