I have a supervisor that is having problems trying to observe one of her agents. She can observe other agents but not this one.

I am unable to observe this agent from any of the supervisor's sets. Is there something that I am missing?

System Opt 11 ver 4.5 call Pilot 4 and SCCS 6.0

Are you getting a busy signal when you try to Observe?
Maybe assign this agent's SPID to the Sup's POS ID.

Works now!!!
I was getting a busy signal at the start of the day. When I tried it this afternoon, it was not accepting the POS id. It would sit there as if I had not entered in the correct id. I have just tried it again and I am able to observe the agent.

I am not sure what is happening but it seems to be working fine for the time.

They have a digital recording system. That may have been recording when we were trying to observe the agent this morning.
