Hello! I have a question about call forwarding. I want to have calls forward to an outside number. It works fine when someone calls withing the switch but when calls come in from outside the switch they get forwarded to the switch operator. I have the CLS set to CFXA and key set to CFW 13. Is there a way this can be done?
any help would be great!

Sound like a restiction on trunks but I would be careful about allowing this.Once one person gets it everyone wants it.I would set up a phantom so it could only be forwarded to a specific number.

Check your options in your CDB and make sure you have CFF and not CFO.
CFF looks at the Phone sets NCOS. CFO would be looking at the Trunks NCOS which in default is 0.

Set CFTA in CLS that should fix it fer ya.
