Also on the client application there is a VERY useful tool called CPTRACE.EXE. i cant remember what subfolder its in but just do a search for it and it will be there. Just run that prog while trying to fax and it gives you a detailed description as to what is going on with your faxing system good luck __________________ Excuse me Sir. It gives you the exact directory in the NTP's .. but it is there __________________ Excuse me Sir. Location: Mexico Rep Power: 0 ![]() | PC Personal Dir. Utility for M3900 Series Phones I had trouble with my Callpilot, and the error we found was that on the mailbox number we didnt have enabled the outdial type, and the pool 1 (A) as soon as we did this it started working. Sendig with the Nortel Fax is easier you just type the number to call, but if you use the "emial" application you have to type [Callpilot:Fax=########@yourbcm.localdomain] I hope it works your also! | ||||||||
