Hey...

How would you go about enabling CPND on a 2616 if the PDN is on key 3?

The user constantly has to press the line key in order to see CPND.

Sure, just put CLS TDD and they will be able to see who is calling any # on that phone without pressing the key.

..the user is able to see the number but not the name?

Is there anything else in the CLS that I have to enable?
