BUG7429 OS Restart Reason 49

I have a CS1000S Media Gateway that is stuck in an OS Restart loop and will not come out. I have tried to invoke software installation from SW delivery card with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

Power down system,
unplug all cards en try it again only with CPU,
boot with Control I to invoke install from SW deliv. card.
If it boots make an archive under utillities to save your configuration.
