Rep Power: 6  | Receiving unsolicited faxes Short of contacting the senders and threatening them to get them to remove your fax line(s) from their mailing lists, I don't know what you can do. I hope someone DOES have a good solution, because I'D sure like to know how to do this, too. | ||||||||

| Admin  | International calling I'm not sure about Call Pilot, but in Symposium we can route based on CLID's. Capture the CLID's that keep faxing.... Then create a littile bit of scripting Where CLID = 228-XXX-XXXX (unsolicited fax number) Route (call back to) 228-XXX-XXXX (unsolicited fax number) Where CLID = 378-XXX-XXXX (unsolicited fax number) Route (call back to) 378-XXX-XXXX (unsolicited fax number) Else Route call to correct fax number (legit)....
