1..Pt to Pt T1 or PRI.
2.. If you are at Rls 25.30 you could do IP trunking if you have QOS implemented.

If you do not understand what I'm talking about Call your vendor.

I understand, thanks . We have Rls 25.15 and it support ITG trunk.
Do you use, or know someone using, IP trunk ? It appear less expensive at first look, but VoIP is not famous for quality.
We have a volume around 4900 calls of 8 mn by month.

Evacuation activation with Symposium

With IP Trunk, you can configure a "QoS Value". When the QoS for outgoing calls falls below the assigned value, then calls fallback to alternate facilites using ESN Alternative Routing. Once the QoS rises above the configured value, all new outgoing calls are routed through the IP network.
