Cool Hi! I didn't know about this site
I have a question I am trying to install a Nortel 3905 phone and the not ready and make busy keys are not working. I am used to working on 2216 and 2616 phones. Any ideas what I did wrong in the programming?

Make sure Keys 08 and 09 are programed correctly. They should be set like this:
Key 08 MSB
Key 09 NRD

Yup they will only work on certian keys on a M3905
