I believe we are going to need more information. It would be helpful if you posted a printout of the ACD.

Configure ADS block in Ld 23 in case u r not using symposium.

After that have login IDs configured using IDUB and IDLB i.e upper and lower bounds in the ADS block.In the NCFW i.e night call forward prompt in Ld 23 of your ACD Q, put the DN number where u want your acd calls to be forwarded in case of after office/calling hours.

When agents are logged in calls would land normally onto ur Q.

When they r logged out, calls wud go to the NCFW DN.
