Rep Power: 8 ![]() | Auto Logon Hi all, Quite a few analog lines--all that I can test-- (coming from 2 different analog cards) get a dial tone, but pressing the keys doesn't disrupt the dial tone. If I switch my 'analog testing device' (trimline phone) to 'pulse', the call goes through. They were all working yesterday. Any ideas? Thanks. | ||||||||

Location: MIAMI, FLA Rep Power: 10 ![]() | Stupid Question? DO A SYSLOAD ON THE SWITCH, YOUR DTR ARE MOST LIKELY DISABLED. I'VE BEEN FIGHTING WITH ETAS THAT IT IS SOFTWARE THEY SAY IT'S HARDWARE. I REPLACED THE SCC AND IT CAME CLEAR, THEN IT CAME BACK AGAIN AND I DID A SYSLOAD AND PROBLEM FIXED. __________________ OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTEL | ||||||||

Location: MIAMI, FLA Rep Power: 10 ![]() | MERIDIAN MAX It won't cost you anything to do a sysload, and I can almost say for sure that it will be back after changing the SCC card. In fact when he comes back just have him turn the switch off and let it reload if the DTR's don't come back up he can change the SCC card for. __________________ OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTEL | ||||||||
