Hello there

I have option 11c, i am very new to this. How do I know how many extensions are free and how to enable them?

You can check by going to LD 20 in Req type LUVW and Type enter the model no.

Ld 20

Req : LUVW

Type : 500/3900.

It will show you the free ports and then you can configure it on AS usual way.

westcoaster is correct. just need to know your DID range and your are all set.

DID range = 2000-2999, 3000-3999, etc...


to enable you will need to program them for some sort of fuction. phone,fax, modem....
