Hi all

I carried out a test for a client. An ITG L3 was installed on Opt81C rls 25.40B. Patches were loaded. ITG L3 was configured and tested working within the client's corporate LAN.

Further test was carried out by extending to end user's home. The user has BRI, one for the VPN to the PC, another for i2004 . It was done over an ISDN router.

However the i2004 can never be able to be operational. The LCD of i2004 shows only "Locating server...". The Node IP is "pingable". The error from ITG L3 shows the following codes:

JUN 18 0449 RDP: Warning 15.104.254.173 Connection restarted, cid =
0x2e2124c
JUN 18 0449 CSV: Warning Terminal restarted64 bytes from 15.104.254.173:

Apparantly, the IP phone keeps trying to set up the connectivity , but fails.

Can someone please enlighten me what should I do next ????

The 'NET IS KILLING US!!!!!

Is the specific port needed for the i2004 blocked by a firewall? Not sure of the port number but I believe you can get it from the setup of the phone.
