Weird routing problem

I have a pbx that has two routes a T1 (not PRI) and copper trunks. When someone with TGAR 1 makes a call the system is bypassing entry 0 (the T1) and being routed to the copper trunks. If they have tgar 8 the calls go out the T1. I have rebuilt the T1, removed TARG on the RDB set the trunks to TGAR 0. There isn't a problem with NCOS, no multi tennant. Any clues out there?

I would look at your NCOS mapping. I think that is in LD86. It is possible that your off somewhere and the FRL of your RLIs may be in conflict. Have you printed all RLIs? Compare the two and see if you can find a conflict.

Just this week I came across an 11C that out of the blue decided to stop sending calls out a T-1 route, according to CDR it worked fine Friday and come Monday it would go to entry 1 even though the route in entry 0 was available, I didn't try making an TGAR changes since that feature is turned off.

Have you tried outing the RLI that is problematic and rebuilding it? See if doing that opens up that channel. There could be some corruption that just has it blocked...................... this is all VERY odd.
