Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Mat and Option 11C in a nutshell... allow supervisors to observe agents by remotely controlling a supervisor phone that is connected to a pc with lots and lots of disk space The observing supervisors are not in the same pbx location... any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. danka | ||||||||

Location: Far away Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Flatulence Cure The Agent Observe feature isn't supported over networked switches. The agent and supervisor have to be on the same site. I am not aware of any remote control application that supports such a feature. It sounds feasible that something like this could be supported in an VoIP based set-up. The agents can be on various sites but the WAN would give a common point to record/observe the agents. Again I am not aware of this type of VoIP application being currently on the market. | ||||||||
