You need to have OTM installed to have a corpotate directory.

first of all set in the phoneset (3903,3904) CLS CRPA
sorry I'm not familiar in OTM.

without OTM:
you have to create a csv file with this columns : lastname,firstname,phone number,company. you fill that table and after upload with ftp in /u/db directory , filename: CPDIR0.csv, and press INI
(this porcedure is working, if you know the PDT password )

why dont you list all the extension names on LD 95, or list all the sets on LD 81 and then make a cross reference report

Upload the Corporate directory to PBX by the following method:
1) OTM Navigator-->Utilities-->Corporate Directory
2) Select Corporate Directory from the list of Reports
3) Select desired PBX
4) Check "Disable automatic upload and schedule upload time."
5) Choose schedule button and build the schedule to desired time slot and specification
