Location: Beijing China Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Our ACD Report 3 shows the PEG count 1 and 60 minutes each hour but I can not convince our Nortel vendor that one E1 is out of service or "busied out". We have two E1 for a total of 60 trunks. I never see any calls on the second E1 and should. So I would welcome any suggestions that I can give our Nortel vendor who is less that fully trained unfortunately. Location: Nortel South Africa Rep Power: 40 ![]() | Have you got access to the PABX? If you do, you could logon to the pabx and check the status of the E1 using LD 60 and LD 96 (DCH) If not, you could also open the cabinet and see if it has any "Yellow" or "Red" alarms, or is OOS (out of service). If you can login to the PABX, check the following: DCH 20 and Loop 4 (E1 4) are just examples I have used, obiously use your own based on what is printed out!
