Cool Best practice to bring a 2250 to a 3904

I have an 2250 that I need to change into a 3904.

Right now 0 is set has an ATT
3100 is the LDN

How can I bring everything into the 3904? What would be the best way?

I was thinking to set "0" as an ACDQ that would be NCFW into 3100
3100 would then be set into KEY 0 of the 3904.

Than Key 1 to Key 5 set a rollovers (3101 to 3105)

Any help?

Thanks

Be sure not to delete the LDN, but change it with another 4 digit number.
Change the ATT-dn and Change the NIT to the DN 3100
I would put a few MCR keys with DN 0 (left keys internal calls and fallback) and
a few MCR key with DN 3100 ( right keys external calls )
also CLS FITA WTA, that would make your M3904 to a semi ATT.

Pennyman.

Setup is going to depend upon the number of calls which you expect to simultaneously have incoming. Terminating to a DN with hunting to secondary DNs will limit you to being able to only handle the number of calls equivalent to the total primary/secondary DNs. Any more calls coming in will not be able to terminate. Using ACD allows incoming calls to remain in the queue until they can be presented. There is a "Central Answering Position" Implementation Guide which describes setting up either an M3904 or an IP Phone 2004 to provide similar functionality to the M2250.

Applicable in either setup is things like Busy Forward Status which gives a pseudo-Busy Lamp Field function, Override for interrupting an established call, No Hold Conference for adding the desired party in without putting the original call on hold, and Call Park/Retrieve.

Right now I set it to 5. Is this ok...since I have 5 lines?

My other issue....

Now if I dial "0" nothing shows up on the 3904 at reception.
Only the Originating DN + 0
ie "2345 0 F"

How can I have the NAME+DN??
