1st question is how do you know that they are dropping, have you had complaints from customers calling in.

Switching Long distance carriers

Check your Abandoned rate on Report #2, if you don't see to high a level you most likely have a agent that is answering the call and hanging up.

Error Codes

Check if you have RAN/MOH treatments while on Q. Most PBXs have Answer Supervision On, when using Digital Trunks....If you are using Digital Trunks for your incoming calls,...if your RAN/MOH treatments are failing during the Call Processing, calls would get disconnected from your carrier.
