Location: 1069.7 miles from Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA) Rep Power: 13 ![]() | Access codes in OTM report So I have my OTM humming along nicely and a strange thing is happening. On some of my routes I am seeing the 4 digit access code for the route in the CDR reports. So like on my local route OTM thinks its a LD call and the location never comes out. Do I make changes to the Call Digit Translations field? I do have this in there now for a local call: (lets say my access code is 7602) Match Digits 7602@1%%%-%%%-%%%%* Replace Digits -%%%-%%%-%%%% __________________ Thankful for everything...at least today.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Hi John, In the TBS Billing, Edit, telephone configuration, go to Cal Digit Translation, you got AC1 removal and ACOD removal, In the ACOD remove, Match digits 7602, replace digits - ( - means no replace digits ) Dont forget to recost your calls. Pennyman.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | If you got problems with the upper solution, you can also change the CDR for that route. In the route set OPD (outpulsed digits) to YES. The CDR shows then only what going on the route and not included ACOD. Pennyman.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | I gues you have to change it to OPD NO and then back to OPD YES. You wil get a message that means give the siwtch an INI to get the change active. I hope the ACDO is then gone in the CDR. At least that is what it should be according to the NTP's Otherwise you have to make the changes i sugested for OTM to remove the acod. If you want i can send you an TCD001.mdb as example. In this file is the complete costing configuration from OTM. Pennyman.
