Location: Nortel South Africa Rep Power: 40 ![]() | Ok this is not really a Question since i found the answer myself.. just a FYI for anybody still working with HSL Links and oldish Software.. We have a client running ICM (Local made product that connects to HSL that does ACD Stats and wallboards.. very cool..) and they rebooted the server today to load VNC, once they rebooted it, the HSL would not re-establish.. just giving errors. They logged a call with us and I had a look.. the switch was spitting out AMH002 and AMH004 Errors.. was thinking I was going to have to go out there.. Went onto Nortel's Solution search website (Any Nortel people.. the new interface is horrible compared to the old one!!!) and typed AMH004 and could NOT believe my eyes "HSL Will not come up if the date is 16th"... I almost fell out of my chair laughing.. I couldnt believe this! So I changed the time on the switch to 17th.. and the link came up!! No WAY! Told my boss and he thought I was kidding! And who said Nortel didnt have a sense of Humour?!? There is a patch for this (MPLR15696) and was fixed in Rls 25.51E Good Laugh Of the Day!!
