Thread #21076 (can't post link due to < 15 posts)

Whenever I try to add a certain extension as an MCR on any phone (ie 2004), It doesn't let me do it. No error, just can't click OK. Extremely frustrating.

I had 2 phones that had MCR set up on them for this particular extension. I removed it from 1 phone and can no longer add it to the same phone, or any other phone. The actual extension that I'm pointing it to is set up as a Type 2500 phone. The phones I'm trying to apply it to as an MCR are I2004 phones.
