Exclamation Errors, wet weather, and more errors

Hope someone has some advice....Last few days (wet windy nasty weather)
I've had a number of errors on the switch (61C Suc 3.0)
Such as:
XMI errors (multiple shelves)
ERR080
ERR5306
and some AUD005,AUD019,AUD020

I know I have some wet pairs heading on tie cables to other buildings, and I'm working through those issues (running out of pairs!)

It doesn't seem to matter what CPU is active, but could this be a PS card starting to flake?

I suspected a bad ground, but I check them all and retightened - doesn't seem to make a difference.
Interestingly enough, the UPS is NOT bonded to the switch or to the AC source. reading the manual for the UPS, it states:
"UPS provides a true separately derived power source, as defined in NEC 250-5d, with output neutral bonded to ground. There is no direct connection between input and output."
Since the switch is bonded to the busbar, which is bonded to the power panel providing power to the UPS, shouldn't the UPS be bonded anyway?
It would seem to me a ground loop could concievably form between the switch and the power panel since the UPS is not bonded in with them, and static could also be an issue.....maybe I'm all wet. ...anyone? (the NTP's don't address the issue very well IMHO.)

Thanks for any help....
