Location: california Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello all! I have Nortel Op 11c with CallPilot 1.07 and need assisatnce with the following; When someone calls an extension that does not have a voice mail box assigned to it, the auto-attendant answers with: "You have been forwarded to voice mail system however the extesion number you dialed does not subscribe to this service your session can not continue at this time, transfering to an attendant" Then this happens: "That number cannot be reached from this service please try again" I've checked the Auto Attendant in App Builder and NO RESPONSE goes to ROTARY, ROTARY transfers to Attendant. Checked Attendant and the number it transfers too is correct. Any idea? | ||||||||

Location: california Rep Power: 0 ![]() | When I print the 1299 in ld 20 this is what I get: DN 1299 DATE PAGE DES DEN 1299 CPND NAME ATTENDANT XPLN DISPLAY_FMT FIRTS,LAST TYPE LDN How do I change the cls? It does not show the TNB, how do I get TNB? or Do I need a TNB for this? | ||||||||

Location: Nortel South Africa Rep Power: 40 ![]() | I'm thinking datadump (actually knowning..) that he means you need to change the CLS on the phones that are giving this message, and not the attendant, rather the actuall phonesets that are forwarding to callpilot Is this is a 2250? Rather Print it out as such REQ: PRT TYPE: 2250 CUST: 0 <cr> until it prints data.. | ||||||||

I inhertited this system so there could potentially be more phones that don't have voice mail and have the CLS as datadump suggested. In this case shouldn't the system just forward to attendant. ![]() | ||||||||

Location: Nortel South Africa Rep Power: 40 ![]() | It depends how they configured the extensions.. if they configured them to forward to voicemail, they will go to voicemail (callpilot) My recommendation is the following... Capture a TN Dump into a .txt or .log from ld 20 LD 20 REQ: PRT TYPE: TN CUST: 0 <cr> until it starts printing lots and lots of data..
