Location: Carlsbad, CA Rep Power: 7  | How can I get copy of NRU software I have three 3903 that aren't working properly. The most evident problem is the flashing diplay with lots and lots of flashing pixels. Can the 3903 be repaired? Is is something I can do myself? Are there companies that perform 3903 repairs? Or are the 3903 just throw away instruments? mike | ||||||||

Location: WNY Rep Power: 7 Gender:  Country:    | Subscription Rate M, 3903 can be repaired (no you can't do it yourself), but I agree with Icy, sounds like you had it plugged into an analog port. What is the rls of the phone and the rls of software on your switch? I too would recommend a force download (you can do a search on the message board ot find the instructions for that) before you send it in for repair.
