Location: Carlsbad, CA Rep Power: 6 ![]() | CNN News Buletin! We have an 11c with MM. I just inherited a new group of users from another site. One of the new users wants to have is calls forwarded to an external number. i've never tried this before. Today, we attempted to set it up but it didn't work. We can forward to an internal number but the external doesn't work. Can a call be forwarded to an external number? How do I go about making it happen? mike

Any of these prevents the end user from changing number on thier own which of course is also EVIL!!! The above also limits fraud liability. Location: Chicago -- CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE Rep Power: 10 ![]() | AM I RIGHT OR AM I WRONG ???? My point is that you DO NOT have to use cfxa if you use the cdp/dgt/rlb bit with an option setting change in your CDB. Subscribe and I will enlighten you as to how easily this can be done. Location: Kansas Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Auto Intercom MJ, I too have been pressured into subscribing to get some information...I am paying back the community members who were happy to help a nonsubscriber and helped me out when others would with hold the information to try to ironfist me into subscribing (thank you da phone dude and ace)... Like yourself, I don't post often. So I did a little digging on this board as Jack had posted this information previously (before there was the option to subscribe and everyone was helping everyone else)... The option in your CDB he is alluding to is CXOA in the options. This overrides call forward external denied to allow call forward to a CDP distant steering code. If you have more questions as to how to implement CDP, DGT and RLB, please post and one of us will assist...
