Hi guys...just wanted to know if anyone has any config document on how to program a 3904 from scratch. I currently have a 2317. We don't have any 3904's for me to do a CPY 1 on.

Any help is much appreciated!

Here is a copy of a M3904 configured on one of my sites. Key 17 and above are soft keys as soon as you make a M3904, and will be configured by default as they are bellow. Key 0 to 10 are nomal configurable keys for any purpose you wish...

the Aries (M3901 - M3905) Require a minimum of Release 25 to operate..

I was able to program the 3904...thanks to Mercury Storm. However, i'm not able CID of any extension when they call. What CLS has to be added or enabled for it to work?

Hi, message from Nortel support , do not using copy command for install extension, system may be data corrupt. it's dangerous.

riatch, Try CNDA, DNDA and NAMA.. should work

As far as i am aware, only copying M3905's cause the problem...

This may sound as a silly question, but what's the problem with copying M3905's?

While this issue always goes back and forth the nuts and bolts are that ACD phones should never be moved or copied -- I'm not a fan of easy change on them either.
